Hydrating Pom-Chia Refresher

This cool drink is hydrating and refreshing. Sip on it throughout the morning or afternoon as a natural pick-me-up instead of coffee or a sweet.
Ingredients
2 cups chilled filtered or spring water
2 tablespoons chia seeds, ground
4 tablespoons 100% pomegranate juice (no sugars or sweeteners added)
Pinch of sea salt or Himalayan pink sea salt
Squeeze of fresh lime (optional)
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker or covered bottle and shake vigorously.
Pour into a glass and top with a squeeze of lime (optional). Enjoy!
Notes
Use unsweetened plain or natural lime flavored sparkling water instead of still water. Add the sparkling water last, after shaking.
