Hi, I’m Amy Marette.
As a coach, survivor, and fellow wellness warrior, I know how exhausting chronic fatigue and health struggles can feel. I’ve faced autoimmune conditions, chronic pain, and even cancer (I’m in remission now!) while juggling life as a mom, wife, and homemaker. I understand what it’s like to feel defeated and disillusioned—but I also know there’s a way forward.
I looked at my young son one day and thought, I want him to experience the real me—full of energy, joy, and adventure. That moment sparked my journey of healing and personal transformation.
